National Lutheran Schools Week

We have a marvelous privilege and responsibility as a Lutheran, Christian congregation to help children develop the gifts and graces God gave them. They are the church today and church tomorrow. They are citizens of our nation and citizens of the kingdom of God. With staff and parents together we seek the fullest development of the spiritual, physical, emotional, and academic growth of all God’s children in our school. Together we are privileged to help develop their faith and life.
As one of several thousand Lutheran elementary, early childhood, and high schools, we want to do our best to help these children and young people grow in life with Christ in every possible way. During National Lutheran Schools week we celebrate God’s grace and blessing to Salem Lutheran School in particular. Our hope and prayer is that the lives we have touched since 1859 have benefitted through our ministry, in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
