Season Athletic Passes
Salem
PTL is offering season athletic passes for those families who have not purchased them. For those unable to make it to the school office, passes will be available at the first two home games this season. The cost is as follows: Family (all family members living under one roof) $35.00, Adult (High School & Above) $20.00 and Student (K-8 $10.00).
All Athletic Participants
Please remember that all athletes participating in sports at Salem must have a current sports physical on file at school before the first game. If the physical is not turned in prior to the first game the student will not be eligible to play until the form is turned in.
